There’s a lot of great things that we can share, unfortunately food just isn’t one of them.

Here’s a list of things that might look seem as though we’d like to sink our teeth into, but really shouldn’t.

Alcohol – Can cause comas, death, and intoxication. Even just a little bit.

Avocado – Delicious for you, gives us vomiting and diarrhoea – YUK.

Raisins and Currants – Kidney failure. ‘Nuff said.

Cooked Bones – These can splinter and lacerate stomachs. No one wants this. Ever.

Walnuts, Macadamias – Keep ‘em to yourself, they give us nervous system and muscle damage.

Onions and Garlic – They damage blood cells and cause anaemia.

Dairy – Diarrhoea. AGAIN. You’re turn to clean up, right?

Grapes – Failing of the kidneys.

Fatty Foods – Life stopping pancreatitis.

Caffeine – Have you noticed how perky we already are in the mornings?

Xylitol – It’s sugar. It causes liver failure, hypoglycaemia and death.

Chocolate – Toxic. Sadly it’s toxic to us.
